Laut BLOOMBERG steht Heston Blumenthal kurz vor Eröffnung einer Filiale des Fat Duck in London:

“We’re in serious discussions but it’s not a done deal yet. It’s with a site in London, a very good site in London, but I haven’t signed anything. Fingers crossed, I’m hoping we might get something one way or the other in the next month — decided. I mean, agreed on. It certainly won’t be happening for, I’d say, a couple of years.”

Damit hätte Blumenthal wirklich überraschen schnell in die Tat umgesetzt, was er im Gespräch mit Alain Ducasse im Independent erst vor wenigen Tagen vage andeutet.
